Where We Ship From

All orders ship from New York City.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase, with no hidden fees added afterward. Orders over $75 ship free.

Processing

We process orders as quickly as we can and will send you a confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available. Many items are ordered in for you, so please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Local Pickup for Large Orders

Orders over $1,000 can be picked up locally in New York City. Payment must be completed online in advance, before pickup. After you place the order we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
