Q: My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us at info@bitnoa.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at info@bitnoa.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All Salam Books orders ship from New York City.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) costs $8.00 and is free on orders over $75. Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) costs $15.00. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, with no hidden fees added afterward.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping is estimated at 3 to 5 business days and express at 1 to 2 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Can I pick up a large order locally?

Yes. Orders over $1,000 can be picked up locally in New York City. Payment must be completed online in advance. After you place the order we will contact you to arrange pickup.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Books must be unused and in original condition. Books that have been read, written in, marked, or show shelf wear cannot be accepted. Other items follow the same 30 day window, are also returned unused, and require a return authorization before you send them back. The buyer pays return shipping.
