We want you to be happy with what you order from Salam Books. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear. Books that have been read, written in, marked, or show shelf wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your order is eligible and provide a return address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away. These cases are handled separately from standard returns and do not require the buyer to cover return shipping.
