We want you to be happy with what you order from Salam Books. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange.

Books

Unused books in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Books that have been read, written in, marked, or show shelf wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Other Items

All other items follow the same 30-day window and must be unused and in original condition. A return authorization is required before you send any non-book item back. Please get in touch with us first and wait for approval.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at info@bitnoa.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We will confirm your request and give you instructions. Returns or exchanges sent without approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Unused books in their original condition can be exchanged for another book of equal price within 30 days of delivery. An exchange must be approved before you send anything back. Contact us at info@bitnoa.com with your order number and wait for approval. The buyer pays for shipping on exchanges, as with returns.

Return Shipping

The buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item.
